All service engagements are formalized by a specific written agreement detailing scope, deliverables, pricing, and timelines.
Our free checks (website, server, SMS, e-mail) only read information that is public or that you paste yourself. They are non-intrusive: no password is tried, no exploit and no injection are used.
Their results are indicative. They cover an estimated 60 to 80% of the points an attacker would look at, and are neither a penetration test, an audit nor a certification. They help you meet some obligations; they do not prove compliance.
You may check any public website, including a supplier’s. You agree not to use the checks to harm anyone, not to run them in bulk or automatically without our written agreement, and to respect the hourly limits.
What we check, and what we do not: our method →
We publish a weekly barometer about a panel of organisations, following our published method. Vulnerabilities are never published by name.
Each result describes what our robot observed on the date of the measurement, following our published method. Another tool, or a measurement made at another moment, may give a different result: only results obtained with this method can be compared with ours.
Re-use of the barometer. You may quote its figures freely, provided you name the source and link to top-secured.com/barometer. Reproducing its tables, or the barometer in whole or in substantial part, requires our prior written agreement.
Any organisation can contest a result, ask for a re-test, or ask for the removal of its domain with our request forms. Removal requires a proof that you control the domain, so that nobody can ask in your place.

Full reports are paid with credits, at the price shown before payment. Payment is handled by Stripe; we never see your card number. Credits are linked to your proven e-mail address.
The details of each purchase, including what is delivered and the conditions of withdrawal, are shown before you pay.
Top-Secured strives to keep the website available at all times, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may temporarily render the site unavailable.
Top-Secured reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website or services at any time without prior notice.
